The person who is at the front of the picture is looking up suggesting that he is confident.However there is a girl who is looking away to the right, unlike the rest of the group, who is looking at the camera. The suggests that they are the future, but that girl isn't bothered about education. Also Future is in a different colour and relates to the picture. The front cover is aimed at students and young teachers who are thinking about going into education, also the top headline says teachers, so this suggests that it aimed at teachers. The fictional photgraph also isnt aimed at a particular race, it has many races in the photo, suggesting that the future has all races in it, not just one, that were all equal.
